Italian Sausage & Pasta

Italian Sausage Pasta 🍝 








Makes about 13 sausage meatballs:

All ingredients organic-
1 large red onion diced fine
1/4 cup medium soft cheddar cheese
Approximately 2 to 4 cups whole wheat flour
2 teaspoons oregano
2 teaspoons sea salt
4 ounces sliced mushrooms
4 sausages diced fine
1 egg or 1/2 cup milk


Mix all ingredients together until they adhere together then shape into slightly flattened meat balls.
Sauté meat balls in olive & canola oil
Until golden brown on both sides.
Make a double batch of organic pasta.
Drain when almost cooked, add about 16 ounces pasta sauce & 4 ounces tomato paste, salt to season and 1 teaspoon salt, mix into pasta as it heats up again on medium to low to incorporate tomatoes into pasta.
Then serve pasta with sausage meatballs.  Enjoy😊
