 Organic Meat Loaf

1  6-ounce can tomato paste
2 cups whole wheat flour
2 large eggs
1/4 cup olive oil

1 teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon raspberry leaves
1 handful raisins
1 teaspoon oregano
1/4 cup grated or chopped cheese
2 large onions chopped finely
2 medium sized whole wheat biscuits
***
Directions:  Always give thanks to God for providing the ingredients, and the plants and animals that go into it, both are important and have feelings.  To thank God for the life of an animal is important through the ages, and still is and always will be.
In a large stainless steel frying pan, heat up enough olive oil to coat the bottom of the pan, add chopped up onion and carrots and cook until almost browned, add meat, seasoning, raisins, and slowly cook until meat is mostly cooked.  Remove pan from heat and put mixture in a large stainless steel or big bowl.  Add tomato paste to help cool mixture, add chopped bread crumbs and toss lightly.  Add two eggs, and enough flour to help keep the mixture stick together.  You can add a second pound of meat to the mix when it's still cooking if you needed more.  I prefer less meat often.  This well mixed meat loaf mix goes into three loaf pans lightly oiled on the bottom with olive oil.  Pat the mixture down in the pans.  Add ketchup, about a 1/4 cup to top the meat loaves on each one.  Place in oven and bake for about an hour.  Enjoy hot or cold, great for dinner, picnics and traveling.
